Malthouse Veterinary Group approached us to reimagine their practice, creating an environment that reflects the warmth, compassion and professionalism of the team. The project included the complete redesign of the reception and waiting areas, consultation rooms and dispensary, together with the introduction of a dedicated nurse consultation room.

The ambition was to move away from the clinical feel often associated with veterinary practices, replacing it with a calm, welcoming environment where both clients and their pets immediately feel at ease.

A carefully considered palette of warm colours, natural oak finishes and bespoke graphics introduces personality while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Every material was selected for the demands of a busy veterinary practice, combining durability, hygiene and easy maintenance with a softer, more domestic feel. Thoughtful space planning, integrated storage and hard-wearing finishes ensure the practice functions efficiently for the team, while comfortable waiting areas and consultation spaces help create a reassuring experience for every visit.
