These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products through the IO Design Studio website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Products

We design and sell a range of interior products including, but not limited to:

• Wallpapers

• Furnishing Fabrics

• Cushions

• Home Accessories

We take every care to ensure product descriptions, dimensions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings and the natural characteristics of printed materials.

3. Pricing

All prices shown on our website are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, however this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We accept payment via the methods shown during checkout.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

5. Order Acceptance

After placing your order you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt.

This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and IO Design Studio Ltd is only formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

• Pricing errors

• Stock availability

• Payment issues

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Any other legitimate reason

Should this occur, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided during checkout.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services

• Customs

• Weather

• Industrial action

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk passes to you once goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided.

7. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, retail customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the items.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that they have been returned).

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

8. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products

Most of the products supplied by IO Design Studio are manufactured to order or produced to your individual specification.

Where products are made specifically for you, the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply once production has begun, in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange an appropriate remedy which may include:

• Repair

• Replacement

• Refund

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Returns

Returned goods must

• Be unused

• Be in their original packaging where reasonably possible

• Be adequately protected during return transit

Refunds will only be issued once returned items have been inspected.

Original delivery charges are refundable where required by law.

11. Product Samples

We recommend ordering samples wherever possible before purchasing larger quantities of wallpaper or fabric.

Natural variations in colour, texture and print alignment are normal characteristics of printed textiles and wallcoverings.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, artwork, photography, graphics, text and website content remain the intellectual property of IO Design Studio Ltd.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without our prior written permission.

13. Website Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure information on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions.

We reserve the right to amend product descriptions, pricing and website content at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IO Design Studio Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses

• Consequential losses

• Loss of profit

• Business interruption

• Loss arising from delays outside our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.

16. Customer Reviews

Where customer reviews are displayed, we take reasonable steps to ensure they represent genuine customer experiences in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
