This complete refurbishment of YO! Sushi at Westfield Stratford reimagined the restaurant as a bold, high-energy dining destination inspired by the vibrant streets of Tokyo. The design celebrates the brand's playful identity, combining contemporary materials, dynamic lighting and immersive graphics to create an atmosphere that feels lively from day through to night.

Centred around the iconic kaiten conveyor belt, the interior is layered with illuminated Japanese signage, neon installations and bold colour accents that evoke the excitement of Tokyo's nightlife. Warm timber finishes are balanced with industrial metal detailing, while bespoke screening, feature lighting and carefully considered seating create distinct dining zones without compromising the open, sociable feel of the restaurant. Every design decision was focused on enhancing the guest experience, delivering a vibrant hospitality environment that captures the energy, movement and theatre synonymous with the YO! Sushi brand.
